I remember John's Hopkins for one. His new customers got religion during the other pandemic scares, but would always go cheap again when things went back to normal.

thanks for the background. The governor might want to introduce him to President Trump. Partly because, was it Calif?, that just said they had xx number of masks stockpiled, but they were expired. He could be kept busy for at least a few years just bringing state stockpiles up to date. That would make things right.
