My read on this:
The low testing rates are a blessing—gives you extra time for shopping to get what you need to comfortably handle a local quarantine. Don’t make excuses—just do it.
The virus is here. Everywhere. We live in an age of international travel, and tourists from Italy alone would be adequate to start the wheel rolling in all major metro areas. The virus has a long latency period and most people who carry it will have no symptoms.
The fatality risk is very low.
On the other hand, quarantine (with no notice) is a very real risk after large scale testing is done. The tests will be publicized, they will cause panic, and local .gov will act with quarantines.
Just prep—just do it.
Already done, to the best of my ability, and that includes my adult kids & g'kids. No way this is contained and I don't blame anyone but the stinking, rotten communist Chinese.

Coronavirus epidemy in Iran has past the crisis level. The country is imploding - law and order to disappear in the next days. A number of officials already died and mass infection among hospital staff and police forces reported.
