That’s not an unsubstantiated “conspiracy theory”, its my own logical hypothesis (do you need me to define that?) of the claim that it’s been found in a location as having existed “in the wild” for 6 or more weeks here.
You front a hypothesis of how something that appears from all available information sources as having an R0 in the flu/common cold range and higher mortality rate being on the loose here for longer than the commonly accepted incubation period and not producing the numbers seen elsewhere.

Do you have any evidence to support your hypothesis? Is there some secret lab somewhere that created this “inoculative strain” that you know about? That then released it because they somehow knew all about the Wuhan CV and wanted to save America? Or were they just randomly releasing “inoculative strains” into the wild for giggles?
Substantiate your hypothesis if it is not a conspiracy theory.
