With an extremely limited number of functional test kits we wouldn’t know it if there were.
The fact that you have anybody catching it that hasn’t traveled, means that there is someone spreading it in the state.
The fact that you have two 100 miles apart, means that there are either 2 spreaders, or 1 spreader that has traveled 100 miles.
You’re going to start see more tests results, now that the CDC has relaxed the testing a little.
I hope I’m wrong. My “guess” is that there are patients with ARDS of unknown origin in the hospitals now that are going to get tested in the next 4 days. And when some of those results come back positive for Coronavirus, then there’s going to be contact tracing to see who was exposed, and there will be medical people who were exposed, and in another week or two, it’s going to look like a mess.
Again, I hope I’m wrong. I hope it’s just confined to a couple of California cities.

So this is a random thought. A lot of Massage Parlors use Chinese women. Not sure how they get here. A least some are from human trafficking. If a guy went to a massage parlor and got it from a Chinese masseuse new to the USA and has the virus, how likely is he to divulge that information? Again, just a thought.

There’s likely more considering there’s been no easy criteria by which to test.
