I gave up on trying to explain the meds thing years ago.

For those of you who don’t know, most insurance will let you renew at 3 weeks. That’s a week sooner so you’ll be ahead a month after just four months. Or you might get a month if you dropped a bottle in the toilet.

This person can easily afford the med they’re on w/o insurance.

w/o insurance it’s like $60/month.

This relative is ‘loaded’. Wears $1000 dresses/etc.

My doctor writes mine for 90 day supply and I get the resupply as early as the insurance will let me.

In addition, my Dr. has in the past written me a script for 2 months extra, which I fill and pay cash at a different pharmacy. I just explained it and asked and he did it.
