I’ve stocked up on Gatorade, Mucinex and Avdil. Seems to make sense based on the illness. Also have a ton of vitamin C and just ordered some more elderberry. And some protease inhibitors for good measure.
What else?
Perhaps those that recommended NAC can describe when and how to use that immunity controller. Someone recommended that with vitamin C powder. Think it was just for the advanced stages though. Could be wrong.
If I was going shopping I’d get some Tylenol and D3 - you want a pain reliever that’s not a NSAID (may affect heart) and if you’re holed up in your home, might need Vit D. Also some Tang for C (comfort food) and CountryTime Lemonade for citric acid (anti-coagulant, kidney stones, preservative, disinfectant for minor cuts and lemonade). CountryTime is supposed to have the highest % of citric acid ?
