If I was going shopping I’d get some Tylenol and D3 - you want a pain reliever that’s not a NSAID (may affect heart) and if you’re holed up in your home, might need Vit D. Also some Tang for C (comfort food) and CountryTime Lemonade for citric acid (anti-coagulant, kidney stones, preservative, disinfectant for minor cuts and lemonade). CountryTime is supposed to have the highest % of citric acid ?
Why elderberry?
I have a ton of tylenol, aspirin and naproxin too. Enough vitamin C to last forever. Elderberry is really good for stopping virus replication.
