Yes, and I think he has already been overturned.
Either way, hopefully this is appealed and stayed today. Next, how do we reign in activist judges that they have jurisdiction over entire US and how do we remove them?

With virus concerns around, this is just impeccable timing by that judge...hope it is indeed overturned and fast.

I seriously suspect that the spread of the virus factored heavily in this judge’s decision.
We should never forget, the DS hates us. Even hates their own supporters and minions.
We are all just “useless eaters” to them.
A massively reduced population is an easier to control population.
The only problem is; how many will pour over the border while we wait for a higher court to overrule.

This crapola has been litigated already. The Supremes need to scold that appeals court and send a message to all the others to follow precedent and quit doing this frivolous delaying.
NOT an appeals court ruling, but another low-level circuit court trying to supersede the President’s Constitutional executive authority by establishing an (illegal) national injunction ...

Just the fact that the Coronavirus has showed up in Mexico is enough to allow the President to close the border, and keep it closed. Send the Judge to Mexico.
