My tinfoil tells me this was meant for ‘us’ somehow and got released early by accident. Possibly originally meant as a first strike against taiwan and japan and the other small tigers. It would have been difficult for us to argue against ‘humanitarian aid’ if the countries themselves ‘requested’ it from the chicoms.

Well, there’s a lot of articles stating that Dr. Boyle felt it was a bio weapon. However they were early on and at that time there was theory about the Chinese working in Canada.
This particular interview about N. Carolina was imbedded in something I was reading, and I didn’t save the link. I have read so many articles and I just don’t recall this one—but If I happen to find it, I’ll ping it to you.
I too wondered it they were trying to develop a bio weapon for use on others and it got loose before they were ready.

Personally I think it’s a manmade construct. For what purpose I’m as yet unsure.
However, I haven’t looked at it specifically in any sort of analytical way other than ‘those inserts are hinky’ to know what it might be capable of.
