The surprise was in the fact that it is Judicial Watch, who has time and again delivered much of the civil/public transparency needed, and then handed it back to the FBI and JD on a silver platter to litigate. I did sympathize with Tom boy. He nor John Solomon expect accountability. I think that’s a bummer, for a couple of guys in the fray, who have worked so hard exposing people, places and things for so long, on the ground, and seeing yet not a shred of anything serious come of it. Too bad.
Is DOJ (FBI by extension) the ONLY entity that can bring charges of treason and sedition?
Can an ordinary citizen (Fitton) bring such charges before a investigative body?
Is the FBI the ONLY investigative body that can look into such charges?
Would Fitton be able to go to the local sheriff with his documentation and have them bring such to the local DA for follow thru?
