Here in California, a lot of us desperately wish that most California politicians would be arrested and sent to prison. Heck, I'm starting to feel like California IS a prison. Or maybe a Gulag.

An open air prison. Where the convicts can steal $900 of stuff per theft and nothing, NOTHING happens to them.

Eventually you will fall into self defense areas and the politicians who enter may well be considered enemy combatants... detain and lock up for barter goods....
