I just did some napkin math.
About mid-January, there were 300 confirmed cases.
5 weeks later, the third week of February, there are about 75,000 confirmed cases.
So, projecting at a rate of 250 multiplier on the cases every 5 weeks:
March 29, there could be 18,750,000 cases.
May 3, there could be 4.6 billion cases. Half the world’s population by the start of May.
We are so screwed.
Not everyone exposed will get ill.
Not everyone who gets ill will be seriously ill.
Not everyone who is seriously ill will succumb.
Time for people to considering making their peace with their Maker, isn’t it?
