There’s directness of gaze in “women” icons that looks very intense and I think men respond to that because they are mistakenly perceiving the desire driven by testosterone. There is a seeking, acquisitiveness not often found in genetic women, and men therefore are more attracted as they believe this lovely “women” is seeking to acquire him sexually.

The Dao Te Jing (which I do NOT find incompatible with my Christianity) describes the true power of women best, I think, in comparing it to the ocean which receives and absorbs the waters of a mighty river (the male or yang principle).

Which is more powerful, the raging river which fills the ocean, or the ocean into which it ultimately loses itself?

Yin and yang are different yet inseparable.

Anyway, I do not prefer (in terms of attraction) women who mimic the masculine.

Yes. I am overgeneralizing and had in mind the indoctrination that young males grow up with now, as opposed to mature men and/or men who came of age in another time.
