I like Woods. He tweets well.
Question, tho. Is there a readily available source for Bernie’s “52% on earnings over $29,000/yr”? I thought he was all about taxing the uber-rich to pay for the NHS.
All the same, a lot of this would appear to be driven by the desire to make the girls look like boys (and vice versa).
When the fashion world is dominated by gay men, the models end up looking like teenage boys. Its not a coincidence.

To all whove come and gone and stayed on these threads, Q says we are ready.
Prepare for the storm. There will be pain for us too.
Be prepared. Get ready to help others understand.
Weve waited so long!
AMEN, brothers and sisters! Amen.
Ready.
Willing.
Able.
Let’s roll!
No, he’s not correct. Did Bernie make such a claim or misstatement sometime in the past? IDK, possibly.
But on Bernie’s website, the 52% bracket only kicks in on income over $10M a year:

The India trip fits better. AF1 will be in the air for a longer period of time. The rallys do not concume as much time and he us usually hopping. Longest trip for Rally would be Cali and that is only a few hours.
...I believe it wouldve been either...
...Marine One or Navy One...

I searched on Duck Duck Go and it is out there.
LOL
Great cat meme!

Is this current? If not has he really changed his mind?
Ok, I have no real problem with Woods, even if he mis-directs the facts. Still, he makes people “do the math”.
FTA:
You make less $29,000, you pay nothing in taxes. Above that, in a progressive way, with the wealthiest people paying the largest percentage, people do pay more in taxes.
So, $15/hr workers will be taxed (at an unspecified, progressive rate) on $2,200. Even IF 52%, that is magnitudes below what Woods calculated.
One could, OTOH, approach that larger number when factoring in other taxes found locally, such as Use Taxes (gasoline), Property Taxes (via rent payments) and Sales Taxes (some municipalities would move to the 10% threshold to make up for other losses).
The GOOD NEWS here would be States should see a revenue increase brought on by the “Stupidity Tax”...lottery sales.
Back in the '90s when Phil Gramm was running for the GOP nomination, a reporter asked him if he would consider a female running mate.
Sen. Gramm replied, "Is Sophia Loren available?"
I still chuckle when I think of it.
Mon-Tue on the ground in India (Sun night, Monday night here). That means he'll be in the air most of Sunday 2/23 here, and most of Tue 2/25 here.
I don't worry about it, just watching the show. Too many pieces moving on the board now for the game not to be in motion.
Gary Busey?
...it was Navy One...
...a S-3B Viking...
...and it was retired and put in the naval aviation museum...
Trump is the best. Loved the yellow tie!

Okay. I see what you are saying now.
