It is not Biden level weird, and the joke about the beer is mildly lame or mildly amusing, depending on one’s POV.
But male candidates should just not kiss anyone in today’s environment period.
I thought he was just awkward, too. There are barrels in the background. Were they at a brewery? That’s why I think he asked if she drank beer. Just a dumb question. This is not even on the same level as Biden pervy-ness. And Bloomberg only gave her a peck on the cheek.

For the one simple reason that he *might* drag Killary into the race, Bloomy must be not be the nominee.
