I suspect the same. They well know it is an uncontrollable disease. I would think we have eyes and ears on the ground all over China with this disease. Cell phones and computers are easily eavesdropped on by those in the know.

Took my kid to a doctor last week. Little Bear had strep, (could see it) so I grabbed a mask from the truck before we walked it.
The Doctors and Nurses dang near flipped out. The PA said they have been put on notice to make sure that ANY case of respiratory distress and flu like symptoms is treated like CoVid 2019.
