I’ll bet these girls supported the feminist position that women are equal to men before all this started.
I bet they did not think men and women possess equal strength. That being said, women are equal to men in the eyes of God and under the law. While young men tend to do better in the “objective” skills young women tend to do better on the “subjective” skills in academic performance, there women who are outstanding mathematics, the sciences, etc., just as smart and learned as the most talented men, and there are men whose intuitive and verbal abilities match those of the most able women. Personally, I have noted, now that I am in my senior years, as women age their “objective” skills improve, and men’s “subjective” skills improve, and intelligence seems to becomes more global. I actually think there are some studies which bear this impression out.
In general, men are better at some things, women at others, which is the way God intended things to be and is good for the human race. HOWEVER, intelligence and talents are all relative.
In my youth, when taking the ACT and SAT for college entrance, I scored extremely well in the hard sciences and math, as well or better than the “smartest” boys in my class, who incidentally did not have to answer as many questions correctly as I did to get the same score. The reason being, my smug male friend, back in the day, females had to answer a higher percentage of questions correctly to get the same score as males so get over yourself that you are superior in brain power.
You just possess more physical strength/
I doubt that; at least in the realm of physical ability. Boys and girls track meets are usually held together. Winning times, distances and heights are announced throughout the meet. In smaller schools boys and girls practice together. Female track athletes have reality right in front of them day after day.
I would imagine thats one of the reasons that its girls from this sport who are among the first to fight against the unfairness of transgender athletes.
