I believe the squabbling over the DS and Meuller cases has a bigger purpose. I think DJT is setting up the Courts/Judges. The FISA court is corrupt from Roberts on down. J. Liu was just forced to resign. she has been playing games for years. Judge Jackson is getting all the DS cases and is clearly partisan. Showing these and other cases will be the end of the Game. But how do they get there? Lawyers cover for lawyers. The sunlight may eventually show the public that Military trials are completely necessary.

the need to change where our meds come from.
Military trials would exclude some of the best originalist jurist in the US.
