Agree wholeheartedly!
I really respect farmers especially when I’m so inept I lose my seedlings to dry rot, or overwhelmed by blossom end rot on tomatoes...
It’s miraculous to me that people can grow food in large enough quantities to feed us all!
People whine about farmers being subsidized... I’m going to be damned thankful for every farmer we’ve got!

Farming the land and caring for animals is just the tip of the iceberg. Many farmers drive sophisticated equipment and are self taught builders, electricians, inventers, mechanics, computer wizzes, - you name it, they can do it.
