Recall that Trump ordered all executive bureau heads to propose cuts according to duplicate jobs (headcount) and duplication of effort ($$, public services, etc.). Gave them a year (2017-2018).
! That’s what the DS was stalling. Those reports are in and NOW is the time to implement them. POTUS has pulled that trigger and the bureau heads are doing their job.

Cates is good. I don’t know if he’s a closet Q fan but I personally don’t think he is. Look at Black Conservative Patriot. He’s definitely not a Q fan and he puts it all together on a regular basis. It’s all out there if you dig enough.
