Justification for firing the two is not even in question. They are NOT approved by congress nor are they elected officials. They work for the executive branch and at the pleasure of the president.
No justification is needed, period. He can fire any one of them for any reason or give no reason at all.
Most of these non-elected appointees should have been thrown out on inauguration day to include the JCS and their deputies. Anyone touched by the Kenyan or Hillary should be considered untrustworthy.
Execute, don’t just oust

Vindman told the Ukrainian government not to pay attention to Trump. That’s insubordination, and could be justification for court martial. Getting moved to another job is a very light sentence.
He was never a witness but just someone willing to express hatred for the president. No one should have to tolerate that from a subordinate.
He needs to be FIRED. Not MOVED. This is not good enough. THEY are allowed to fire people, why can’t TRUMP? Obama forced a ton of pentagon brass into early retirement, and fired everyone he didn’t like in the DOJ.
Not it wasnt justified. A courtmarshall, dishonerable discharge and reduced to private rank would be justified. Getting sick of these assholes just being let go. Time to start purging obama holdovers in the milatary. Get rid of them!
