The FVEY question is really interesting and I'm trying to dig onto that a lot more, that's a pretty specific question to be just randomly asked in a damn paternity case in Arkansas.
I sure hope DevinNunes or Jim_Jordan or @ChuckGrassley or SenRonJohnson are looking into this.
I asked this question today to another person that can look inside a little close, hopefully something will come of that.
Looking back I thought is was Judge McSpadden that struck Down the Motion to Intervene by the PI. It wasn't it was Holly Meter the new Judge.
Now I read where McSpadden said the motion wasn't the reason he recused citing the Motion hadn't been filed yet. Well that's a lie.

The Motion to intervene was filed four days earlier.
It was struck down on Jan 6 2020
Maybe it's nothing but need to dig a little deeper on that.
No reason was ever given for the recusal.
Another man, “defrauded investor” Joel Caplan filed a different motion to intervene on behalf of other investors who were swindled by Biden in a systemic, formulaic & Biblically-sized multi-billion dollar stock scheme called “The China Hustle.”
Caplan filed 64 pages of “exhibits”.

The court document states that Caplan wants to obtain Biden’s bank records to help trace back the billions that went missing in China to possibly regain his lost savings.
According to the court filing, “Joel Caplan’s claim has a question of law and fact in common with Roberts vs. Biden, namely whether the disappearance of those companies and the vast sums of money they raised is related, correlated, or has any nexus with the $1.5 billion that…
…Mr. Robert Hunter Biden received or allegedly received from high level Chinese government officials and/or wealthy Chinese National investors.”

The court filing also states that Casey provided Roberts’ attorney with electronic access to Biden’s bank account records. In the motion filed, Casey gave Roberts’ legal team consent to use the bank records in the case.
Meyer struck down the Caplan motion as well. Meyer ordered the Independence County circuit clerk not to accept any additional pleadings from the subjects unless the court first determines that the pleadings are "proper, germane"
Said she "would accept any pleadings that were offered for the purpose of invoking unwarranted attention."
Meyer also signed a scheduling order, setting the date for future hearings and outlining the process moving forward.
Biden had told the court in a signed Nov. 27 2016 affidavit that he is unemployed and hasn't had a monthly income since May; his father, Joe Biden, entered the race for the Dem presidential nomination on April 25.
However Casey produced electronic bank records with his filings.
Once his actual income was established over the past 5 years, Biden quickly came to an undisclosed settlement which has been filed and kept under seal.
Now based on first hand eye witness account of Andrii Telizhenko, Oksana Shulyar was the point person, and Andrii was ordered to follow her requests. I know this is redundant because I wrote about this last month, but it's important.
Now Oksana Shulyar has DIRECT ties to two crucial people in this mess.

In Andrii own words “They were coordinating an investigation with the Hillary team on Paul Manafort with Alexandra Chalupa, and Oksana was keeping it all quiet, and the embassy worked very closely with Alexandra Chalupa."
If you go back and read the Nellie Ohr transcript, Ohr told congressional investigators on Oct. 19, 2018, that while she was working for Fusion, she was sometimes given leads from both Jake Berkowitz, her direct supervisor, and Fusion GPS co-founder Glenn Simpson.
When asked if any Fusion research was based off “sources of theirs,” Nellie answered yes but said the information that came from the sources wasn’t in relation to the Trump family.
When Ratcliffe pressed, Ohr said she recalled them mentioning someone named Serhiy Leshchenko.
Well hell we all know he's a Ukrainian. She later admitted she knew Leshchenko prior to her time at Fusion as he was a “very well-known, Ukrainian, anti-corruption activist” and said she had spoken with him a few times.
Remember Leshchenko revealed the existence in 2016 of the so-called Ukrainian “black ledger,” which allegedly contained a list of secret payments made by Ukraine’s pro-Russian Party of Regions to Manafort among many others. He had 22 pages of it that he got from Chalupa.
Nellie Ohr first said she wasn’t aware how the connection between Leshchenko and Fusion was established, or if they were doing work for him, but later had to backtrack to avoid perjuring herself.
She finally admitted Leshchenko was “a source of information” and acknowledged that she then used that information in following up and formulating her opposition research on Trump.
Which means to me the so cally russian dossier that really wasn't Russian.
Later in Ohr’s testimony, Leshchenko was briefly mentioned once again. She appeared to be very careful with her choice of wording especially when Manafort’s name came up.
