Seems like pot would make them happier...Don't know about "happy" but based on 60 years watchin' pot users I'd claim it's a sure way to get more stupid.
In some cases, that's a whole bunch more stupid.

I know a cop that teaches at high schools about drugs and she says pot makes them disagreeable and nasty and unpleasant..
When she talks to them they are all joking around and not paying attention.
