Sadly I have no advise Jemian. My husband has suffered through them several times working each time. But he now has nerve damage in some areas but most of his problem has left. He did have the shot I believe around 5 years ago at the suggestion of his family doctor. I was to also have the shot but at that time it contained MSG in the ingredients. The nurse refused to give me the shot for worry of my allergy problems. The shot has made all the difference to my husband. But as we know well, People's bodies respond differently. My husband seemed to be better when he was able to not stress over life issues. We're here Jemian...vent...day and night. Hugs.
