Note that lamb lung is not included, just heart and liver.

I posted before I saw your other post. I looked at the various brands of haggis sold on Amazon, and my guess is that they don’t contain lung if they’re allowed to be imported. (I wouldn’t bet against lungers, though.)

The ingredients list sticks to heart and liver meat, NO lungs which is why it can be bought. So is it even true Haggis?

lung is not listed as one of the ingredients. Haggas is proscribed because of the presence of lung tissue. Without lung tissue in the product, it’s legal to import.
