Maybe it is simply that McConnell knows that the President is going to give a nice, traditional SOTU address and the Demoncrats are going to sit there and act like children and look stupid. They then might pick out something he says to criticize in the SOTU and call an impeachable offense that is so patently not a problem that they make themselves look even stupider than they look already.
So I wonder what line Pres. Trump has put in the speech to bait them into doing this and the counter evidence he has that will easily refute them.
You mean ... these people are stupid. There could be max support for POTUS on Tuesday following Super Bowl and then normies go back to life after ... At this point I think everything is set to have acquittal locked and sealed ... then the storm. WWG1WGA :)
