John DiIulio Jr., a former aide to President George W. Bush and currently a professor of politics, religion and civil society at the University of Pennsylvania, is the man who coined the term “superpredator” in 1995. In a piece titled, “The Coming of the Super-Predator,” written in November of that year, he wrote:
"There is even some evidence that juveniles are doing homicidal violence in “wolf packs.” Indeed, a 1993 study found that juveniles committed about a third of all homicides against strangers, often murdering their victim in groups of two or more. Violent youth crime, like all serious crime, is pre-dominantly intra-racial, not interfacial. The surge in violent youth crime has been most acute among black inner-city males."
The article notes that DiIulio Jr met with Bill Clinton for 3.5 hours in 1995 as Clinton worked to build his signature crime bill. One year later, while cultivating support for the bill, Hillary availed herself of Dilulio's research on camera. The rest is history Hillary denies or deflects.

Super high wind. I saw a detached wooden garage with leaves in gutter barely singed while main burned to dust. Accompanying vineyard had all the vines still attached to the wire, but the bases at the ground were burned through like you took a plasma torch to them (uncut dry grasses in the rows.)
Across street a stone house burned to shell, and adjacent 1/2 finished wood frame was untouched. Apparently an intact home with older roof/attic ventilation would “suck” embers in where it was calm enough to get fire established, then as soon as it burned through to exterior wind the whole structure would be consumed in minutes.
Some really BS radical code changed are being considered in the aftermath of this, up to eliminating wood from building (disaster in the making there economically). Modifying roof ventilation and enforcing defensible space clearing would have prevented or vastly ameliorated a lot of these fires effects.
Aim a leaf blower at a camp fire. That the general principle in effect during these.
A citizen’s report from Missiouri, 4 different low flyovers (today) of mil helicopters. Two light grey ones (identified by others as Sikorsky CH-53 Sea Stallion) flying low, E to W about 50 miles west of Saint Louis Missouri. One other flyover was dark grey.

Apparently, neither side is interested in Atkinson’s testimony. Trump’s lawyers have basically ignored this. I think both sides are pulling a fast one.

I lost my best friend, someone I have known since childhood, over 55 yrs to lung cancer about a year ago. It’s like having a scab ripped off my heart.
