I did buy more beans and rice just yesterday.

When I was putting my stuff away I wished I’d remembered to get popcorn.
LOL. Popcorn should always be at the top of every grocery list.
Actually, I make it a point that every time I go to the store I will buy at least one item for the long term pantry such as:
Salt
Pepper
Baking Soda
Beans
Rice
Honey
Sugar
For canned goods, I buy one for current use and one for the pantry. Etc. And when a sale hits-I load up. Just bought a year’s supply of coffee last week when it was on sale. Keeps my shelves stashed without a lot of effort.
