#BREAKING Baylor University student tests negative for coronavirus
They know this won’t be a problem just like they know 2 minutes after the plane crashes that it wasn’t terrorism.
This is the second case I know of that they tested negative then retested positive....
the question is why did they think they had to retest?
1. #SriLanka has one confirmed 2019-nCov case: a Chinese traveler from the Hubei province who initially tested negative at IDH, but is now confirmed positive.

Good question.
These are preliminary, but point to china hiding information given the massive quarantine effort in response to just 80 fatalities. . . . .
We need info like this and not the broad speculation and unreliable reports
#HongKong This was allegedly filmed at the Luohu Checkpoint (China side) today. It's packed & people were waiting to enter Hong Kong.
Hundreds of thousands of people will enter Hong Kong from China this week as the Lunar New Year holiday is coming to an end.#WuhanCoronavirus pic.twitter.com/8uMcJ3mTXH— W. B. Yeats (@WBYeats1865) January 27, 2020

Here’s the latest from CDC
HKers think the chicoms are going to be dumping sick patients on them. I can’t blame them for thinking that.
BREAKING: #Frence French automaker PSA Group (Peugeot) said it will evacuate its employees from #Wuhan, quarantine them and then bring them to France.— AS-Source News (@ASBreakingNews) January 27, 2020
It’s going to take a national effort everywhere to prevent this becoming an international humanitarian catastrophe.
If it’s in Africa...Katie bar the door.
I hope you are right, but I am afraid that you may be too optimistic in your third, and possibly second, paragraphs.
1. Here is our new analysis for the potential international dissemination of the novel coronavirus from China, via commercial air travel. East and Southeast Asian cities are still the highest risk, but also centres in Europe and North America.https://t.co/uat4MeKsOR#coronavirus— Isaac Bogoch (@BogochIsaac) January 27, 2020
Agree 100%. This is moving way too fast and is not an alarmist move. Op-ed by former @US_FDA commissioner @ScottGottliebMD: We need to prepare for US outbreak of Wuhan #coronavirus. https://t.co/7MVVjAD2Z6— Krishna Komanduri (@drkomanduri) January 27, 2020
Scott Gottlieb is correct, now is the time to prepare. They need to get faster testing in place.

I’d like real, scientific, information for how long this virus remains infectious on surfaces.
I’ve seen 5 days+ but can’t remember where, or the veracity of same.
If it’s longer than regular flu, this is a whole new ball game.
8) Overwhelming #coronavirus data suggests: A- High R0 between 2.6-2.9 (best sources). B- Has higher pandemic risk than SARS. C- Contagious even w/out symptoms (unlike SARS). D- Cases increasing rapidly overseas. E- Countries need time to prepare. @WHO needs to declare🚨 now!— Dr. Eric Feigl-Ding (@DrEricDing) January 27, 2020
FOLKS I say its high time that @WHO finally declares an 🚨 EMERGENCY ASAP for #coronavirus. Last Thursday Jan 23rd when WHO punted, there wasnt much data. Since then, a ground swell of data all point to an impending global pandemic. Top experts agree. Lets make @WHO hear it!— Dr. Eric Feigl-Ding (@DrEricDing) January 27, 2020
