Most of the docs and nurses will be there. Support staff, lab folks...the staff that clean the floor or move people around? They will be in the dust.
I don’t get this from the AZ case:
“It’s unclear how the student contracted the illness and whether they had traveled abroad to China”
I assume if they know if she traveled to China or not because it is the main red flag so why wouldn’t they conform that.... if she didn’t travel to China then that means that someone is out there that did spreading it around
I think it has alot to do with whether they have kids, I have said I would probably be there to help (although I am ER Clerk), nurses that said they would not be there had small children at home. I don’t so that’s what makes the difference for me. Of course no one knows until it happens. We’ll just have to wait and see, and hope and pray no one ends up in that position.
Also, we have small critical access hospital. Not sure that makes a difference.
