I went ahead and prep yesterday. I purchase three month supply of food (restock my selves). Also have three months of dog food. I have mask that will arrive on Monday.
If I start seeing more cases pop up in the US I will see if I can get my siblings and Mother to prep again. Currently they think it is fake articles / news on the internet.
To prep all you have to do is stock your groceries up like you would do for a hurricane or ice storm. You just need to add Mask, gloves, cleaning supplies(beach / disinfectant goods) and etc.
We did much the same, plus gasoline.
To add extra storage for canned goods, a milk crate works wonders and can easily be stacked in a corner. One crate will hold 32 regular cans of corn.
Bought n95 yesterday at Lowe’s.
They went and got more. Half are gone
