I think it’s a Lysol fogger and I am not even joking. From what I understand they have been running these for a few days now. I don’t see why they would unless they think the virus is viable on a solid surface for longer than a couple of minutes.
Some indications it survives for many days. Like 5+ days.
Plus, Chinese spit. Everywhere. So every urban surface is contaminated writ large.
Sounds reasonable. I remember that being one of the things about AIDS.;it died quickly outside of the body. On that subject, I just saw a commercial for a drug that allows HIV carriers to keep having unprotected sex. *sigh*
