Yes, and I used to be pretty good about not getting everything that was going around as a kid but now that I am older and a grandmother, I find I get what the grandkids get. I started taking some supplements which seem to be helping.
I haven’t had anything in years. Like, 15 years. Used to take Zicam at the first sign. Whiskey works, too. If avoiding the grandkids like the plague isn’t an option, do whatever works for you.
