So many people posting this as a joke. I think in the coming days we will see just how viable this virus is in first world countries. If an extreme increase of cases that start to overwelm our health care system, it will not be pretty.

Agreed. Our healthcare is only as good as the number of people they can treat, and the supplies/equipment available to treat them.
This is not a joke at all. We used to test for this in the Emergency Management System. I am sure the hospitals are dusting off their protocols.
