WOW, digging up roads so cars cant pass? This is just crazy.
Imagine doing that in the US. People would be freaking out and rioting.
In China, they are afraid of being imprisoned or shot.
Something else is going on here, China not being honest with the rest of the world this is NOT a normal reaction for some virus!! Whatever it is it is to late it has already left the boundaries of China and China better fess up!!!
There are a bunch of concrete barriers in that video. They could move a few of those if they wanted to block a road. It is qjuite baseless to speculate they are digging up the road to stop traffic.
