For the laptop, I have a table on wheels—we got it for my dad-it’s like those hospital tables up and down adjustment.

Just right to sit in my easy chair and use the mouse on that table.

Have one, too, but use it for the DVD player in front of the treadmill I never use. Had it in the motor home for our one big trip. We had them wire inside the walls so you could plug in a laptop to one of 5 spots. Paul worked with the table and I worked on the desk in the bedroom.

I keep high dog beds between the easy chairs, since Rory watches TV with us. Table would get in his way.

Table on wheels is a great idea.
My laptop is a 2 in one. I can pull the screen off and it becomes a tablet.
I can live with the tablet keyboard but copy\past sux worser.
