Nice Picture, looks like it was taken in far East El Paso, looking west along the border high way. The mountains to the right would show El Paso’s Large lighted Star visible on the mountainside in the evenings.

Its a nice twilight picture. I thought the telephone poles might mark the border highway, which sort of went with L.J.s post.
