They probably are not allowed PAST the cloakroom. Don’t know, but maybe the restrooms are located there. What I would LOVE it to mean is that they, too, are sick to death of the Dems prosecuting their case this way and trying to find a way out before they die of utter boredom. If that was the original purpose of the rules, I’d be very impressed with their sagacity as it might force decisions that could be otherwise avoided.
