Trump was interviewed today and repeated “rockets” 3 times. (when asked about Elon Musk).
When POTUS repeats things, it’s often some sort of signal.

rocket docket?
something else?
something that’s already happened or something that is going to happen?

On the other hand - the cigar is just a cigar hand - when you think of Musk and he’s just blown up a rocket that has major significance to what he can do next, rocket is a natural thing to talk about and can occur naturally multiple times in a conversation. So I’d always give no significance a higher rating than repetition significance.
