I developed an interest in cooking when I was 12 or 13. It’s an art. But I liked to know how to cook from scratch, and I liked to learn from people that actually came from where the dishes came from. My parents had some great, very old cookbooks, and friends that came from various parts of the country and the world. I continued my self imposed education for many years, so I can cook a huge variety of foods.
In my younger years, one of my favorite things to do was cook for a lot of people. Now that I’m older, not so much. I did cook some meals over the holidays in California.
Sounds good, except I’d put pinto beans and a jalapeno or two.
LV is fun for superbowl, or Reno is better. You can wager on just about anything as far as the game goes. Makes it more fun if your team is not playing.
Yes, if I decide definitely to move to Carson City, you will have to come visit.
Jerk.
Sounds fine to me!
Variety is the spice of life!

I’ve been called a Nazi, funny my dad was half Cherokee and my other grandfather was Jew. Yeah, I’m a Nazi.
But if you put it over the rice each person can choose how much chile to rice ratio is in each bite. Like I serve the spaghetti and meat sauce separately.
There are 60,000 college students who could vote Bernie, who want their college paid for, think of that!!!

Good article, but pop-ups are there.
I agree with you, gub. Too many people have now been indoctrinated into thinking that socialism can work. Even some business and economic schools have been teaching it.
I think Bernie would be the most formidable contender. I believed that in 2016. People that like their iPhones and free stuff and mandatory wages will need a quick lesson on economics. Free college and free healthcare, evenv for illegals?

Were all playing a game of political Survivor and we dont even know it. Only the strong will outlive a nonstop loop of CNN town halls, fixed Democratic primaries, Michael Bloomberg commercials, and Bernie Bro breakdowns. Nine more months, people:

Plus CNN has a Town Hall on Wed. and Thurs. nights.
Do you think they will have GOP Town Halls?
Nahhhhh!
I gotta go finish cleaning the fridge, but I will come back in a little bit and tell you some nice cooking stories!
Here’s a quick one:
When Mr B and I were first married he came into the kitchen when I was searing a pot roast and said “Honey, you can’t pan fry a pot roast!”
LOL
Exactly. Tell them they will have to pay for the next generation college education.

I was still just a teen when one of my newly wed friends called to tell me she found this great bargain on some fish called tripe, and wanted to know how to cook it. Lol.
My first attempt at making sourdough had my dad under the house to see what had died.
My first cherry pie tasted good, Pitts and all.
