Everything I've read, actually contradicts what I wrote. C. Sativa was the original hemp, not C. Indica.
In fact, nothing I've read states that C. Ruderalis was used for anything but medicine.
From what I've read, cuban leaf is correct. Below .3% THC, it's hemp. Above it, it's marijuana. Plant species doesn't matter.
