Also the case of the faithless electors—like the ones that voted for Colin Powell instead of Hillary.

I’m sure you are correct.

I do not recall which article I was reading that seemed to say they had also decided to hear a case about trading the state’s actual vote for the person who won the national vote—devoted quite a lot to that issue— so I guess they were just explaining it as another potential election complication.

I did think it strange that we hadn’t heard about anyone filing on that issue, but assumed I just missed the news about it.
