A Florida man killed a 75-year-old veteran with his car Thursday, just to see what it would be like to end someones life.
Authorities have charged 21-year-old Justin Pennell of Hudson, Florida, with first-degree murder after confessing to intentionally running down an elderly veteran with his 2004 PT Cruiser so he could see what its like to kill. It was Pennell himself who called 911 to report the crime, after the impact rendered his vehicle inoperable.

“I think this guy needs a sharpened stick up the last part of his gastrointestinal system, with vets lined up to smack it upward with a wooden mallet.”
Vlad Tepes knew how to handle people like this.
A stake inserted into the anus and the stake set into the ground at about a 45° angle. The stake would *slowly* make its way up the intestinal tract until it came out the mouth. It could take days for the victim to die.
No mallet required.
More fun that way.

Monsters.

The Constitution guarantees the right of a speedy trial. If we were a civilized country the defendant would be sitting before a judge a jury within 30 days. If he is convicted, and appeals, he should be in front of the appellate court in another 30 days. Within six months the appeals process should be exhausted and if convicted of first degree murder he should be executed.
Capital punishment can only be a detract for heinous crimes if administered swiftly..
Oh, dear. I seem to be stuck in the 80s.
