***TWA Flight 800 was apparently brought down in 1996 by a missile fired in error. I have personally spoken with an air traffic controller who saw it, along with many of his colleagues who were on duty. Possible source of missile: U.S. Navy***

While there was a large naval exercise taking place east of TWA 800, with restricted air space, I tend to doubt so many Navy people involved could be trusted to keep their mouths shut. There is little doubt that the TWA flight was brought down by a missile, the evidence is compelling on so many fronts. Just where did that projectile originate?

I recall before the PTB got their stories straight that the early word was the missile was launched from a Netherlands’ ship on maneuvers with the USN.

It originated here as a stinger missile. It was sent to Afghanistan to help the majuhadian kill Soviets. It made it’s way back here after Clinton was in office and was used against us.

Great question. I have not seen any actual assertions it was the Navy other than the circumstantial situation you mentioned.

On the other hand, Clinton administration and CIA seized control of the investigation and instituted a cover up. Who would they be covering for?
