I was reading back thread and someone posted this from an AG Barr interview where he mentions Huber;
“So he has not been active on this front (FISA-Carter Page) in recent months and so Durham is taking over that role. The other issues he’s been working on relate to Hillary Clinton. Those are winding down and hopefully we’ll be in a position to bring those to fruition.”
So, I think you are correct! in a position to “bring to fruition” not close the book on!

Yes, and clearly this applied to Q's early misdirection that HRC was arrested ... possibly engaging black hats' attention when the real action was about to unfold in S.A. (Wonderland?)
But I don't see this as an all-purpose "Get-out-of-jail-free" card for every statement Q makes that doesn't appear to be verified by events.
I think it applies SOME of the time. I also think Q is a human actor(s) whose knowledge, though far more informed than most, is not infallible.
We have to sort through these possibilities: 1) Deliberate feint (disinfo); 2) Something that is happening that we cannot yet see; 3) Something that will happen in the future; or, 4) A mistake by Q, who is not going to be 100% accurate when giving us the "Play-by-play" of history as it unfolds.

Remembering how careful Trump has been to NOT call for regime change, so as not to do a fundamental knife thrust at Iran, while still praising the people, with the implication that he will always support democratic decisions of a country. This is NOT like our Revolution. This is a lot of people accepting martyrdom until the world is so horrified by the regime that change is inevitable.
