Many news sources are now reporting this, but they all seem to have a single Washington Post article as their source. The Washington Post cites “current and former US officials”. This could easily be disinfo. Let’s hope so. A DOJ spokeswoman declined to comment.

It was said months ago Huber hadn’t interviewed any of the people that he would have to interview in order to perform the subject investigation. The lost paperwork story is old too. There were other problems. I thought Huber hope had been dead a good while.

Could be. In the past, Q has said to trust Huber. We’ll have to wait and see. At this point there is no official word from the DOJ, but my guess is that we’ll be getting news on the investigation soon, hence the leaks to the Washington Post. Huber could have been a head fake I suppose. Perhaps he handed off his investigation to another prosecutor at some point?

Sad to say ... but it might be impossible to prove the (ahem) quid pro quo of tying a specific bribe to a specific government action.
Similarly, money laundering through foundations is apparently a big thing; and, they were after all created to PROTECT THE MONEY OF THE SUPER RICH. I do not doubt the laws are constructed by the politicians who profit to PROTECT THE PERPETRATORS, whether in or out of politics.
If Huber can tie CF directly to child trafficking, or to embezzlement of funds to Haiti or wherever, then that might be able to stick.
U1 was obviously treasonous, but they have had lots of time to cover their tracks. Remember, Ken Starr was unable to develop cases against Bill Clinton, even though we knew how dirty he was, including selling military technology secrets to China. Starr was about a day away from throwing in the towel when Lewinsky showed up.
The Canadian loophole used by CF is totally sleazy, but may not be illegal. Again, foundation laws are written to PROTECT the super rich.

Because this report is based on anonymous leaks from anonymous leakers and it’s Fusion Devlin Barrett, I’ll take my usual wait and see approach to this.

THE HELL HE WAS.
Huber is not the Inspector General of the Department of Justice. He has no oversight of the fricking FBI.
I’m 100% certain this is a fake leak if the fake leakers explained this way to the WaPo reporters.
