Just a slight quibble. The way you have written this, it sounds like you are saying it’s 2/3 of a quorum.

The 2/3 vote is for the senators present—that is more than a quorum in your example. 53+39=92.
So 2/3 of 92=61.33 So it takes 62 to convict. 31 no votes would block conviction.

Giuliani citing the Solidarity movement is *very* interesting here. He may be hinting at what’s happening, behind-the-scenes.

Solidarity was basically lead by Lech Walesa, an electrician who would become the first post-Soviet, Democratically elected President of Poland.

There was some support for the Solidarity movement by the CIA, during the Reagan Admin. Remember, the Clowns were basically opposed to anything Commie, and they didn’t just run ops in South and Central America.

And the movement in Iran which has embraced Q is called “Restart.” It’s lead by Seyed Hosseini - who is a showman/celebrity over there in Iran (and thus, like Trump, has a lot of public recognition already).

I think the message Giuliani is trying to convey is clear. #Restart is like a modern-day Solidarity movement, and is getting clandestine support from the Trump admin.
