Most companies I've been at, have at least 50% IT from India.
One amusing anecdote, was at a contract job I had, where a new guy came in from Pakistan. He was let go after two weeks because none of the Indian workers would help him at all: including not giving him file permissions and passwords necessary to do his job.
Apparently there is bad blood between India and Pakistan.

Sounds sort of like POTUS wanting Congress to do a fair immigration bill and sort of up taling dreamers. Of course Congress did nothing. They won’t deal; then he won’t deal.

We were doing Navy contract work decades ago and there was this somewhat strange German whom no one would escort to the bathroom when needed. They’d just quietly drift away and not be available. I couldn’t understand why he was so disliked, so I made an effort to get to know him. Stupidly, as I often do when trying too hard, asked him what would he want most in the world if he could have anything. He told me he would want the chance to get his enemies before he died. Total conversation stopper. But at least I finally understood why he wasn’t the favorite of his co-workers.
