Are you having pain? I didn’t mix it with water, I got the oil and put it under my tongue. There’s a technical term for that that I can’t remember.
I have pain in my mouth when I talk or eat too long. But I have pain in my neck sometimes, which is what I was going to try the oil for. I got some lotion too, but I have used it before.
