It is difficult to fathom why the current Justice Department would now try to send Gen. Flynn to jail after both AG Barr and Durham raised questions about the initiation of the investigation of Flynn and others tied to @RealDonaldTrump. Flynn should be pardoned.

Absolutely. Only question is timing.
Do it now and it becomes another article of impeachment.
Do it after the Senate trial and it becomes the basis for the NEXT articles of impeachment.
Do it after the 2020 election and after we get the Senate and House for the first 2 years and he gets a break for two years, but Flynn might spend the time before the pardon in jail unless he can stay out on appeal.
I think the charges against Gen. Flynn will be dropped and he won’t see a day without freedom.
